Construcciones Schmid s.c. is a family business run by brothers Jan and Florian Schmid, who have been residents of Cómpeta since 1990. Both worked for Spanish companies until February 2003 when they decided to start their own business.

We are dedicated to doing everything possible to realize your dreams concerning your home in Spain and hundreds of satisfied customers to date are the result of this. No job is to small or too big and will always be of the highest standard.
